We do not sell funding, loans, legal advice, or financial services.
2. No Guarantees of Results
While we strive to deliver strong performance, lead generation and marketing results vary. We do not guarantee:
Revenue, profits, funding approval, or business outcomes
A certain number of qualified leads or appointments
Conversion from lead to customer
All outcomes depend on multiple factors outside our control.
3. Compliance Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing leads who have lawful consent to be contacted
Ensuring uploaded data complies with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, FCC, CTIA, and privacy regulations
Reviewing campaign messaging to ensure accuracy
Centaur.io assumes no liability for regulatory issues arising from client-provided data.
4. Client Data Ownership
Client retains ownership of their provided leads and CRM data.
Centaur.io may process this data only for the purpose of fulfilling contracted services.
We do not resell or use client data for other businesses.
5. Fees, Billing & Refunds
Pricing is outlined in a written agreement or invoice.
All payments are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise in writing
Late payments may result in paused campaigns or termination
Performance deals are billed immediately upon meeting the agreed metric (e.g., qualified appointment, attended meeting, closed deal)
Client agrees to provide valid payment information and maintain good standing.
6. Communications Consent
By submitting your information, you authorize Centaur.io to contact you via:
SMS (standard message/data rates may apply)
Phone calls + voicemail messages
Email and digital messaging
Reply STOP to opt out of SMS at any time.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all non-public information confidential, including prospect lists, business operations, pricing, and strategies.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our services to:
Contact consumers without consent
Promote illegal, harmful, misleading, or fraudulent offers
Harass or abuse prospects
Access systems for competitive intelligence without disclosure
Violation may result in immediate termination.
9. Third-Party Services
We may use services such as CRMs, automation tools, or telecom carriers.
Centaur.io is not responsible for outages or performance issues caused by third parties.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
All services are provided on an “as-is” basis.
We disclaim all implied warranties including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Centaur.io is not liable for:
Loss of revenue, opportunities, or business
Indirect, special, or consequential damages
Issues caused by client-provided data or actions
Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the last 60 days.
12. Indemnification
Client agrees to indemnify Centaur.io from claims related to:
Misuse of services
Regulatory compliance violations
Lead contact without proper consent
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in courts located in New York County, NY.
14. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time.
Continued use of our website or services means you accept the updated Terms.
